The Ecumenical Working Committee informs that the ’Walk for Jesus’ planned for March 16, 2025, will finally take place on June 7, 2025, in Port-Louis from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
The Walk itinerary is as follows:
- Departure from Caudan Waterfront towards Place d’Armes.
- From Place d’Armes to Royal Road.
- From Royal Road to Sir William Newton Street.
- From Sir William Newton Road to Dauphine Street.
- From Dauphine Street to Bourbon Street.
- From Bourbon Street to Lislet Geoffroy Street.
- From Lislet Geoffroy Street to Jules Koenig Street.
- From Jules Koenig Street to Intendance Street.
- Return to Caudan Waterfront via Intendance Street.
The walk will be followed by a time of praise, prayer and celebration, in the presence of Christian leaders.
